Indoor Concerts
Stage Requirements - If a permanent stage is not available, Contractor shall provide a stage in which the dimensions shall be no less than 18 feet by 12 feet. Stage shall be flat, sturdy and in good condition.
Power Requirements - Stage shall consist of a minimum of four (4) 20A or 30A (120V) separate circuits *AND/OR* (1) 240V 50A outlet. All circuits must be grounded. Absolutely NO GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets are allowed. Contractor shall ensure that all circuits are up to code and in good working condition prior to engagement. Contractor shall be responsible for all damages and losses to the band and their equipment resulting from low, high or inadequate power.
Additional Requirements - Rough Cut's stage crew will require direct stage access at least two (2) hours prior to show time or prior to room being available to the public.
 
 
 
Outdoor Concerts
Stage Requirements - Unless a permanent stage is available, Contractor shall provide two (2) flat bed trailers, side by side or the equivalent, which are at least 20 feet long and 8 feet wide EACH. Trailers should be flush with each other so as not to leave any gaps between each other. Stage shall be flat, sturdy and in good condition.
Power Requirements - Contractor shall provide a minimum of six (6) separate 20A or 30A (120V) circuits ON THE STAGE *AND/OR* (1) 240V 50A AND (2) 110 circuits ON THE STAGE. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the voltage DOES NOT DIP under a heavy load! Absolutely NO GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets are allowed. All circuits must be grounded. Contractor shall be responsible for all damages and losses to Band and it's equipment resulting from low, high or inadequate power.  These minimum requirements are absolutely necessary and must be met.  Contact us if you have any questions.
Inclement Weather - Contractor shall provide insurance to cover the compensation guarantee in case of cancellation due to inclement weather conditions, or in the alternative, Contractor shall make adequate arrangements for an alternative site for a performance indoors as a result of inclement or threatening weather. The decision to terminate any performance during or prior to the performance shall be at the sole discretion of Rough Cut.  If inclement or threatening weather is in the area during the performance, the Contractor shall provide a person or persons to monitor the weather and will notify the Band at least 20 minutes prior to threatening weather arriving at the job site. Once the decision has been made to set up the sound equipment outside, Rough Cut's stage crew shall not move the equipment to an additional site as a result of inclement or threatening weather.
Security - Contractor shall provide at least one security individual at the stage during the performance.
Additional Requirements - Contractor will provide a private toilet facility behind or next to the stage, which will be solely for the Band's use only. Street lighting near the stage shall remain dark during the Band's performance. Rough Cut's stage crew will require direct stage access at least two (2) hours prior to show time.
